Payment must be received before we ship your order. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE, or bank transfer. For bank transfer details, please contact us after placing your order. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

4.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate shipping confirmation when your order is processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery times, and costs are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

6.3 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact customer service to initiate an exchange.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADORNZA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
