Finding the perfect ring size is essential for comfort and style. Use our comprehensive guide below to determine your size accurately. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size for a comfortable fit.
Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring
If you already have a ring that fits well on the intended finger, this is the most accurate method.
Steps:
- Choose a ring that fits comfortably on the finger you plan to wear your new ring
- Place the ring on a ruler
- Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters
- Use the chart below to find your size
Method 2: String or Paper Strip Method
Don't have a ring to measure? Use this method with items you have at home.
Steps:
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string
- Wrap it around the base of your finger (where the ring will sit)
- Mark where the paper/string overlaps
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters
- Use the circumference measurement to find your size in the chart below
Pro Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day when fingers are typically at their largest. Also, consider that fingers can swell in warm weather and shrink in cold weather.
